Our Journey

runt in sink

Our journey began as a family, raising and butchering our own food, passing down traditions, and instilling values in our children. With nearly two decades of experience, we decided to turn our passion into a business that could benefit our neighbors and community.

We purchased, expanded, and improved a 20-year-old local establishment near our home. Our family loves working together, involving our children in everyday duties, teaching them the importance of small-town values and the satisfaction of hard work.

Client Testimonials

"I love that it is fresh and that we know where our meat comes from. The chorizo is the best I've ever had."

"We have bought packaged beef from several different processors over the years. We have to say, though, that we love Grover's processing. The packaging is sealed well and labeled with what it is and the size it is. No guesswork."

"Grover is a skilled butcher. I needed to learn different cuts. He will cut it like you want it with the addition of other cuts that usually go into stew meat. He will give you a "flank steak", and also give you hints on how to fix it. We have been very happy with his service."
