We want your cuts to be exactly as you prefer, so if you don’t see the options you desire, simply write the details in the cut sheet or reach out to us to explain. We can do ethnic cuts, fajita and stir fry meats, creative packaging, and pre-freezing marinates. If you don’t see it, ask for it!
Yes, we can process any wild game and domestic livestock animal, including bear, bison, llama, alpaca, etc. We do not process horse/donkey or pet species. We can also process poultry now!!
We are not yet USDA inspected, although we are working toward that goal.
We charge by carcass weight.
This depends entirely on the cuts you choose and whether they are mostly boneless or bone-in, but the following are very rough estimates per species:
Beef = 41% of live weight
Hog = 50% of live weight
Sheep/Goat = 35% of live weight
You can choose anywhere from 80-90% lean.
We do not offer delivery at this time, however we can offer a flexible pickup schedule if you call ahead to arrange it.
We are willing to work with our clients when they are unable to transport an animal. We can offer this service for a mileage fee.
